These timings are related to these posts in combination so you don’t have to figure it out:
Assuming a 5pm dinner time:
1.45pm – Preheat the oven
1.45pm – Prepare the meat and meat tin
2pm – Place the meat goes in the oven
2.15pm – Reduce the temperature in the oven to 170
3pm – Prepare the potatoes for roasting
3.30pm – Place the potatoes in the oven
3.45pm – Add the wine to the meat tin
4.20pm – Add oil to the Yorkshire tin and place in the oven
4.20pm – Prepare the Yorkshire mix
4.30pm – Remove Yorkshire tin, add Yorkshire mix and place back in the oven
4.45pm – Remove the meat from the oven and rest
4.45pm – Prepare gravy in the meat tin
5pm – Serve
